Just as every Christian is called to live an authentic Christian life and has been given a mission to bring Christ to others, the New Evangelization is clearly a call to action. “The focus of the New Evangelization,” as stated by the USCCB, “calls all Catholics to be evangelized and then go forth to evangelize.”

Cursillo offers a specific response to this call to action. In fact, we believe Cursillo IS the New Evangelization, because Cursillo has what the Church needs. It is, as every pontiff since Pope Paul VI has recognized, an arm of the universal Church which carries with it unlimited possibility.

And it begins with a weekend.
